These terms govern the use of holymount.in and the travel services provided by Holymount Travel & Leisure, Malappuram, Kerala. By enquiring or booking with us, you accept these terms.
Bookings & quotes
- All quotes are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Fares and package prices can change until booked and ticketed.
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and issue a written confirmation.
Payments
- Advance and balance payment schedules are communicated per booking. Full payment is required before ticket/voucher issuance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Documents & visas
- Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and health documents. Our visa assistance does not guarantee approval; decisions rest solely with the respective immigration authorities.
Our role
- We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport and other suppliers. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes or service failures, but we will always assist you in resolving issues.
- We are not responsible for losses due to events beyond our control, including weather, natural events, strikes, or government actions.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at the courts of Malappuram, Kerala.
